Information About Our Drivers

Alliance Limousine drivers undergo a thorough inspection of motor vehicle records, background checks and drug tests. Drivers undergo weeks of training through courses, video, and expert personnel. Drivers must complete the limousine drivers training course 1 and limousine chauffeurs training course 1. Here at Alliance Limousine we think it is important to have a drug free and healthy staff that is why we require random drug testing and monthly physicals. With Alliance limousine you will travel in comfort and safety allowing you to truly enjoy the ride.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm MST. Cancellations for Sedans and SUVs  must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the reservation. Cancellation for 10 plus passengers  and groups must be made a minimum of 14 days or full charge will apply.

Payment

Alliance Limousine accepts all major credit cards, cashiers checks and Cash.

Liability
Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Under age consumption of alcohol is prohibited. Possession or use of drugs in any of the vehicles is prohibited. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Not responsible if client reserves vehicle type that cannot accommodate all passengers or luggage. Once reserved vehicle is dispatched for pick up, charges and fees are non refundable.
